Two of Rutland's most interesting artists are back for their annual summer exhibition at the Victoria Hall in Oakham from July 25 to August 6.
Stuart Ball and Ken Forrest have teamed up with guest artists Roger Lancaster from Oakham and Gay Mayes from Twyford for this year's View4 exhibition.

Ken is submitting local scenes of Rutland and further afield, painted in a sparkling traditional watercolour style which have always proved popular.

Stuart's images are different, witty, whimsical, naive and colourful watercolour landscapes painted in a distorted childlike perspective and impressionistic style.

Roger paints atmospheric Mediterranean scenes in acrylic with warm soft tones and colours that remind you of those balmy days spent on holiday in Spain.

Gay's style and execution is completely different, and her method in a mosaic fashion produces stunning and powerful images.
