OAKHAM'S Catmose Gallery is currently featuring Captured, an exhibition that focuses on 'the figure' through the mediums of painting, textiles and sculpture.
There are four new paintings of young urbanites by Italian artist Michele del Campo, large-scale snapshots of passers-by from painter Trevor Burgess, machine-embroidered images from leading textile artist Linda Miller and sculptures by Bulgarian artist and Oakham School teacher Vladimir Pamihov.

Opening hours are Tues-Fri 10am-12.30 & 1.30-5pm, Sat 10am-1pm. All items are for sale. Linda Miller will be holding a UFO (unfinished objects) have a go knit and sew session next Friday January 15 from 6-8pm - free but booking essential - and a pictorial machine embroidery workshop on Saturday January 16 from 10am-4pm - costs £45 (£40).
