I SHOULD like to congratulate Reuben and his team of Rutland Play Rangers for the fantastic work they are doing with the Fun Pod play scheme.
The Fun Pod visits Cottesmore Community Centre every Monday evening and my kids have a great time.

They have played, supervised, outside in the dark, cold rainy night making dens, doing hide and seek, skateboarding, filming, frisby throwing - and finished off the evening chilling out in the Fun Pod van playing bongos and sand shakers!

They loved it and didn't even feel the cold, wet conditions. I had to drag them home.

This is a great project that the kids really enjoy so I hope it will become a permanent fixture.

Well done again to Reuben and his team, and to Rutland County Council for making this project happen.

All I ever seem to hear around here is people moaning about the high council tax but this project is well worth the investment, along with other great community services that my family use like the libraries, museum, and cycle paths.

Greetham
