I am concerned that the pavement outside the premises of Elizabeth Stanhope Interiors on Mill Street, Oakham, is sometimes cluttered by chairs, tables, umbrellas etc.
As there are traffic lights adjacent and a pedestrian crossing, it is very hazardous and causes obstruction for the partially sighted, users of mobility scooters, prams and pushchairs.

I think that the council should be looking at this from a health and safety angle, as pedestrians could be at risk.
