Members of Stamford Clandestine Cake Club enjoyed a Spring Fling.
That was the theme of the March meeting which took place on Monday at The Exeter Arms in Easton-on-the-Hill and members tucked into six delicious but different cakes. One of the highlights was John’s traditional Easter simnel cake and members were interested to hear how he had made his own marzipan.
