Loughborough Magistrates Court, January 7

Stewart Ginns, 35, of Ranksborough Hall Park, Langham, admitted drink driving in Chapel Street, Melton Mowbray, on December 13, 2014. He gave a reading of 83 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. He was disqualified from driving for 22 months, fined £250, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £25.

Grantham Magistrates Court, January 12

Adam Towers, 33, of Burghley Court, Bourne, admitted using threatening words or behaviour to another person and resisting a police officer in the execution of his duty on December 25, 2014. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

William Sturgeon, 21, of North Street, Bourne, admitted assaulting a woman on November 29, 2014. He was placed under an electronically-monitored curfew for three months, and ordered to carry out 100 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months. He was also ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £60.

Grantham Magistrates Court, January 14

A 16-year-old girl from Deeping St James, who cannot be named for legal reasons, admitted riding a motorbike without insurance, a licence or a valid test certificate and without protective headgear in Linchfield Road, Deeping St James, on May 27, 2014. She was fined £110, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20. She also had six points put on her driving record.

Loughborough Magistrates Court, January 14

Matthew Robinson, 27, of Mill Grove, Whissendine, admitted drink driving in Westgate, Oakham, on December 21, 2014. He gave a reading of 56 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He also admitted resisting a police officer in the execution of his duty. He was disqualified from driving for 40 months, fined £250, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Grantham Magistrates Court, January 15

Mark Couzens, 42, of Wellington Way, Market Deeping, admitted causing unnecessary suffering to a Staffordshire bull terrier in Lancaster Way, Market Deeping, on July 20, 2014. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge, banned from keeping animals for five years and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

A 14-year-old boy from Bourne, who cannot be named for legal reasons, admitted assaulting a woman on January 4. He was referred to a youth offender panel for six months and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Grantham Magistrates Court, January 19

Emma Cowell, 26, of Chapel Lane, Folkingham, admitted drink driving on the A15 in Bourne on January 16. She gave a reading of 81 milligrammes of alcohol in 100ml of blood. The legal limit is 80 milligrammes. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £350, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £35.

Grantham Magistrates Court, January 21

Daniel Storey, 18, of Meadow Close, Bourne, was found guilty of driving without due care and attention in Market Place, Bourne, on March 14, 2014. He also admitted driving without insurance and otherwise in accordance with his licence in Recreation Road, Bourne, on May 8, 2014. He was fined £343, ordered to pay costs of £143 and a victim surcharge of £43. He also had nine points put on his licence.

Jonathan Groves, 41, of Queen Street, Stamford, admitted driving without insurance in Scotgate, Stamford, on March 10, 2014. He had six points put on his licence, was fined £300, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £30.

Benjamin Noddings, 34, of Skells Court, Stamford, admitted possessing a locking bladed knife in Pinfold Lane, Stamford, on September 11, 2014. He was fined £165, ordered to pay costs of £50 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Grantham Magistrates Court, January 27

Zoe Miller, 31, of West Street, Folkingham, was found guilty of driving without insurance or a valid test certificate in Harlaxton Road, Grantham, on June 10, 2014. She was fined £700, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £60, and had six points put on her licence.

Loughborough Magistrates Court, January 28

James Stocks, 44, of Glaston Road, Uppingham, admitted drink driving in Uppingham on January 6. He gave a reading of 72 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath.He was disqualified from driving for 15 months, fined £110, ordered to pay costs of £20 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Grantham Magistrates Court, January 29

Graham Slater, 33, of High Street, South Witham, admitted eight counts of theft from shops in Grantham. He was jailed for three weeks and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £120.

Grantham Magistrates Court, February 2

Damon Allison, 42, of Wood View, Bourne, admitted driving while disqualified and failing to stop when asked by a police officer in Grantham on January 12. He was disqualified from driving for four months, fined £115, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Andrew Whalley, 35, of St Leonard’s Street, Stamford, admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance in Bridge End Road, Grantham, on January 16. He was disqualified from driving for three months, fined £110, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.

James Ennis, 32, of Abbey Road, Bourne, admitted assaulting a woman, a man and a police officer, and damaging a mobile phone and a windowsill in Silverstone Road, Bourne, on August 30, 2014. He was given an eight-month prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £100, a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £40.

Angela Morgan, 49, of Deeping Road, Baston, admitted stealing cash from two women in St Mary’s Street, Stamford, on August 13, 2014. She was given a 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay compensation of £30, costs of £40 and a victim surcharge of £15.

Loughborough Magistrates Court, February 4

Kian Goodson-Jones, 19, of Tyne Road, Oakham, admitted drink driving in Main Street, Barleythorpe, on October 30, 2014. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £110, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20.

Martin Hogarth, 36, of Great Close, South Witham, admitted stealing 32 bottles of Lynx shower gel worth £32 from Mercury News in Melton Mowbray on August 19, 2014. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay costs of £85, compensation of £20 and a victim surcharge of £15.

Grantham Magistrates Court, February 9

Martin Burke, 44, of Holland Road, Stamford, admitted drink driving in Stamford on December 7, 2014. He gave a reading of 170 miligrammes of alcohol in 100ml of blood. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months, fined £110, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Colin Haver, 51, of Edenham Road, Bourne, admitted assaulting a woman in Northfields, Bourne, on January 18. He was given an 18-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay £200 compensation, £85 costs and £15 victim surcharge.

Maxine Ramplin, 46, of Walcot Road, Stamford, admitted drink driving in Ryhall Road, Stamford, on January 17. She gave a reading of 80 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was disqualified from driving for 20 months, fined £110, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Chloe White, 26, of Christ Church Close, Stamford, admitted drink driving in Emlyns Street, Stamford, on January 23. She gave a reading of 53 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. She was disqualified from driving for 16 months, fined £250, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £25.

Loughborough Magistrates Court, February 11

Kevin Henderson, 51, of The Sidings, Oakham, admitted possession of cannabis with intent to supply between July 2 and September 24, 2014. He was given a three-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months, ordered to pay £85 costs and victim surcharge of £80.

Ivan Finney, 42, of Nene Crescent, Oakham, admitted assaulting a man and a police officer on January 24 in Oakham. He was fined £400, ordered to pay compensation of £100, costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Grantham Magistrates Court, February 12

Graeme Lindsay, 35, of West End Villas, Stamford, was found guilty of stealing Robinsons squash from Morrisons in Stamford on August 27, 2014. He admitted three counts of stealing alcohol from shops in Stamford and Grantham, and failing to surrender to court when required, having been released on bail. He was ordered to undertake treatment for alcohol dependency for six months and placed under supervision.

Grantham Magistrates Court, February 16

Simon Chiverton, 46, of Edinburgh Road, Stamford, admitted drink driving in Emlyns Street, Stamford, on January 31. He gave a reading of 81 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months, fined £415, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £42.

Danny Dill, 30, of Stroud Close, Bourne, admitted drink driving in Milestone Road, Bourne, on February 1. He gave a reading of 55 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 36 months, fined £200, ordered to pay costs of £85 and £20 victim surcharge.

Samuel Stevenson, 30, of High Street, Stamford, admitted possessing cannabis, MMC4 and ethylone in Ryhall Road, Stamford, on May 18, 2014. He was fined £75, ordered to pay £85 costs and a victim surcharge of £20.
