Loughborough Magistrate’s Court, February 25

Robert Thompson, 27, of Hillside Gardens, Wittering, admitted assaulting another man in Oakham on January 10. He was ordered to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work within the next 12 months, ordered to pay compensation of £200, costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £60.

Grantham Magistrate’s Court, March 16

Darren Manning-Coe, 26, of Wordsworth Grove, Bourne, admitted drink driving in Linchfield Road, Deeping St James, on February 9. He gave a reading of 56 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35 microgrammes. He was fined £130, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20, and had 10 points put on his licence.

Grantham Magistrate’s Court, March 17

Benjamin Noddings, 34, of Skells Court, Stamford, was found guilty of failing to identify the driver of a vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence. He was fined £600, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £60, and had six points put on his licence.

Zoe Snow, 24, of Avocet Close, Stamford, was found guilty of driving otherwise in accordance with her licence and driving without wearing a seatbelt in Casterton Road, Stamford, on July 25, 2014. She was fined £200, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20, and had three points put on her licence.

Grantham Magistrate’s Court, March 23

Martin Belcher, 58, of Churchill Road, Stamford, admitted drink driving in Little Casterton Road, Stamford, on March 3. He gave a reading of 87 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months, fined £220, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £22.

Philip Malone, 38, of Churchfield Close, Deeping St James, admitted stealing two PlayStation games worth £88 from Tesco in Market Deeping on March 6 while subject to a suspended sentence. He was fined £75, ordered to pay compensation of £88, costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Saul Parsons, 24, of Haconby Lane, Morton, admitted damaging a glass candle holder and using threatening words of behaviour in Kesteven Road, Stamford, on August 5, 2014. He was given a 12-month conditional discharge, placed under a restraining order, and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15.

Lincoln Magistrate’s Court, March 23

Shelly Mackie, of Hillside Gardens, Wittering, was found guilty of failing to pay a parking charge in Stamford on October 23, 2014. She was fined £200, ordered to pay compensation of £70, costs of £135 and a victim surcharge of £20.

Grantham Magistrate’s Court, March 30

George Winters, 19, of Cliff Road, Stamford, admitted driving without insurance, otherwise in accordance with his licence and without due care and attention in Aunby on December 21, 2014. He was fined £480, ordered to pay costs of £85 and had six points put on his licence.

Christian Bryan, 44, of North Street, Stamford, admitted drink driving and driving without insurance in Radcliffe Road, Stamford, on March 11. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, fined £275, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £28.

Stephen Murray, 20, of Manor Lane, Bourne, admitted damaging a petrol pump to the value of £887.05 at Tesco Express in North Street, Bourne; using threatening words or behaviour; and three counts of assaulting police constables in the execution of their duty on November 20, 2014. He was given a two-year conditional discharge, ordered to pay compensation of £500 and a victim surcharge of £15.

Marios Mikolaitrs, 38, of South Street, Bourne, admitted failing to provide a breath specimen to police in Grantham on February 25 and failing to surrender to custody on March 16. He was disqualified from driving for three years, fined £585, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £54.

Aivaras Lapinskas, 32, of Austerby, Bourne, admitted failing to identify the driver of a vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence in Nettleham on December 17, 2014. He was fined £400, ordered to pay costs of £85 and a £40 victim surcharge. He had six points on his licence.
