These are the results of recent hearings at magistrates’ courts in the area. We do not carry minor speeding offences.

Lincoln Magistrates’ Court, October 5

Marius Miklaitis, 38, of South Street, Bourne, was found guilty in his absence of driving without the appropriate insurance and driving licence and driving a vehicle that did not have a valid MOT. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £85. His driving licence was endorsed with six points.

Joe Healey, 18, of Fife Close, Stamford, pleaded guilty to driving a vehicle that failed to display legal registration plates. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £40.

Grantham Magistrates’ Court, October 6

Mandy Stooke, 55, of Eight Acres, Stamford, pleaded guilty to assault. She was given a 12-month conditional discharge, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15 and costs of £200.

Lincoln Magistrates’ Court, October 6

Timothy Whitbread, 38, of Churchill Road, Stamford, admitted stealing four sets of air fresheners from Wilkinsons. He was given a conditional discharge for 12 months, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £15, costs of £85 and a criminal courts charge of £150.

Simon Orme, 38, of Hereward Street, Bourne, admitted speeding. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. Three points were added to his driving licence.

Lincoln Magistrates’ Court, October 7

Steven Goodison, 54, of Allen Close, Billingborough, pleaded guilty to drink driving. His reading was 123 milligrammes in 100ml of urine. The legal limit is 107mg. He was fined £800, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80 and costs of £85. He was banned from driving for 12 months.

Loughborough Magistrates’ Court, October 7

Victoria Emberson, 28, of Derwent Avenue, Edith Weston, pleaded guilty to drink driving. His reading was 151 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mg. She was given a prison sentence of 18 weeks suspended for 12 months. She was ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £80, costs of £85 and a criminal court charge of £150. She was also disqualified from driving for 36 months.

Grantham Magistrates’ Court, October 8

Georgina Ainsworth, 26, of Rosemary Avenue, Market Deeping, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £440 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £44 and costs of £120.

Sarah Carrington, 31, of Black Prince Avenue, Market Deeping, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £220 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and costs of £120.

Wayne Langley, 26, of Churchfield Close, Deeping St James, was found guilty in his absence of using a television without a licence. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and costs of £120.

Patrisha Knibbs, of Billingborough Road, Folkingham, was found guilty in her absence of using a television without a licence. She was fined £220 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and costs of £120.

Lincoln Magistrates’ Court, October 9

Samuel Stevenson, 30, of High Street, Stamford, pleaded guilty to six counts of dishonestly making off without paying for a fuel. He was fined £80, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20, and compensation totalling £132.01.

Grantham Magistrates’ Court, October 12

Adam Barker, 21, of High Street, Colsterworth, pleaded guilty to drink driving. His reading was 76mg in 100ml of breath. The legal limit is 35mg. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20, costs of £85 and a criminal court charge of £150. He was also banned from driving for 18 months.

James Elliot Clark, 19, of Colton Close, Baston, pleaded guilty to driving while unfit through drink. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20, costs of £85 and a criminal court charge of £150. He was also banned from driving for 12 months.

Darren Jason Kennelly, 42, of Lambeth Walk, Stamford, pleaded guilty to assault by beating. He was fined £240 and ordered to pay compensation of £200, a victim surcharge of £24, costs of £85 and a criminal court charge of £150.

Lincoln Magistrates’ Court, October 12

Nicholas Regis, 40, of Dundee Drive, Stamford, pleaded guilty to stealing prescription drugs from a person, and to having drugs in his possession. He also pleaded guilty to assault by beating and to damaging property, worth £225, with intent. He was sentenced to 12 weeks in prison in total and ordered to pay a criminal courts charge of £150, victim surcharge of £80 and £85 costs.

Grantham Magistrates’ Court, October 13

William Saunders, 45, of Swallow Hill, Bourne, was found guilty in his absence of driving a vehicle otherwise in accordance with his licence. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and costs of £85. He was also given three points on his licence.

Grantham Magistrates’ Court, October 14

Clinton Trigger, 46, of Wellington Way, Market Deeping, was found guilty in his absence of failing to provide information relating to the driver of a vehicle alleged to have been guilty of an offence. He was fined £660 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £66 and costs of £85. He was given six points on his driving licence.

Amar Khan, 48, of Black Prince Avenue, Market Deeping, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined £145, ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. He was given three points on his licence.

Loughborough Magistrates’ Court, October 16

Catrina Winter, 51, of Geeston Road, Stamford, pleaded guilty to failing to comply with a red traffic signal at Ketton railway level crossing. She was fined £90 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £150. She was disqualified from driving for six months.

Grantham Magistrates’ Court, October 21

Hayley Fox, 31, of Rochester Court, Bourne, pleaded guilty to using a vehicle without the appropriate insurance. She was fined £160 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85.

Grantham Magistrates’ Court, October 26

Nathan Bigley, 25, of Great Northern Gardens, Bourne, pleaded guilty to using threatening, insulting or abusive words or behaviour, and to resisting a constable in the execution of his duty. He was given a community order and a restraining order. He was also ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and a criminal courts charge of £150.

Edward Pollard, 19, of The Brooks, Exton, pleaded guilty to driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence. He was fined £40 and ordered to pay costs of £40 and a victim surcharge of £20. He was given three points on his licence.

Grantham Magistrates’ Court, October 27

Simon Berry, 23, of High Street St Martin’s, Stamford, pleaded guilty to speeding. He was fined £80 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £85. He was given five points on his driving licence.
