Architecture awards for Catmose College and Uppingham School’s sports centre

TWO school buildings have won architecture awards.

Catmose College in Oakham and the sports centre at Uppingham School both won accolades at the Royal Institute of British Architects East Midlands Award for Architecture.

Catmose College architect Jonathan Ellis-Miller said: “We are delighted and proud that Catmose College has been recognised by the RIBA.”

Uppingham School headteacher Richard Harman said: “I am delighted that our new sports centre has been recognised by the RIBA for its superb and sympathetic design.”
