Survey to help improve health care
A HEALTH care group is asking people with long-term conditions to fill in a survey so it can improve the service it offers.
The East Leicestershire and Rutland Clinical Commissioning Group, which is a group of GPs from 34 practices working together to improve the quality and delivery of services for patients, is working with social care groups to improve services that patients with complex, chronic and long-term conditions receive.
People with long-term conditions are being urged to fill in a survey on their own healthcare.
It can be found by visiting www.surveymonkey.com/s/Longtermconditions or telephone Penny Harris on 0116 295 7571 for a printed copy or for help filling in the survey.
