One person cut free from car after crash in Empingham

A WOMAN had to be cut free from her car after a crash.

One vehicle crashed in Audit Hall Road, Empingham, at about 9pm on Saturday.

The 51-year-old woman was cut free from the wreckage by two fire crews from Oakham, before being taken to Peterborough City Hospital by ambulance.

The extent of the woman’s injuries is not yet known.
