Grantham Magistrates’ Court, February 1

Jonathan Taylor, 21, of Main Road, Dyke, pleaded guilty to drink driving. His reading was 80 microgrammes of alcohol in 100ml of breath. The limit is 35 microgrammes. He was fined £380 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £38 and costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months.

Gareth Evan Croft, 45, of Worcester Crescent, Stamford, pleaded guilty to driving without a licence or the appropriate insurance. He was fined £120 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £40. He was 
given six points on his 
licence.

Andrew Dalby, 35, of Turnpike Road, Ryhall, pleaded guilty to using threatening, insulting or abusive words with intent. He was given 100 hours of community order and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £60 and costs of £85.

Peter Oliver, 30, of Burley Crescent, Burley, Rutland, pleaded guilty to drink driving. His reading was 52 microgrammes in 100ml of breath. He was fined £300 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £30 and 
costs of £85. He was disqualified from driving for 14 months.

Tony Cotterill, of West Street Gardens, Stamford, was found guilty in his absence of having a vehicle registered which did not meet the insurance requirements. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £22 and costs of £110.

Hanna-Christine Williams, 20, of The Courtyard, Stamford, pleaded guilty to having a vehicle registered which did not meet the insurance requirements. She was fined £75 and ordered to pay a victim surcharge of £20 and costs of £110.
