SUPPORT YOUR LOCAL CLUB - Cottesmore's Sports and Social Club is moving forward, after battling hard to fight closure earlier in the year.
Committee members have worked hard to come up with a regular programme of events which will hopefully see membership numbers swell and encourage clubs and organisations to use the excellent facilities.

Regular monthly events include: Families nigh
t every Friday evening, with a happy hour from 7pm.

The club also hires a children's bouncy castle on the first and third Friday of each month, depending on the weather.

Regular bingo sessions on Thursday evenings, eyes down at 8pm with a jackpot and lottery bonus ball draw.

Saturday night is club night with a variety of entertainment and the first Sunday in the month is charity quiz night - an opportunity to raise funds for your favourite charity.

The club now requires a vice-chairman to assist current chairman, Jim Lindsay, with this busy and constantly evolving programme of events.

Volunteers are also needed to assist hard-pressed committee members in their efforts to ensure the smooth running of the club.

For further information, please contact Jim on 07766 257559 or Stuart Mason on 07738 659999, or ring the club during opening hours on 01572 813486.

DIARY DATES - June 25, Bible Fellowship meets at 22a Main Street, Greetham at 7.30pm.

CHURCH SERVICES – Sunday June 28, Cottesmore Church.

Holy Communion is celebrated at Gainsborough Court, The Leas every Tuesday morning at 10am, followed by coffee.
