A haulage company celebrated its 75th anniversary with the opening of a new £1.5million warehouse.
CS Ellis, which is based in South Luffenham, hosted a special opening ceremony at the Woolfox Depot near Tickencote.

The warehouse is a joint venture with Cummins Generator Technologies, based at Barnack Road in Stamford, and employees from both companies attended the ceremony.

The two businesses have signed a three-year deal for CS Ellis to run Cummins' customer delivery and transport operations.

Trevor Ellis, managing director of CS Ellis, and Ben Miller, managing director of Cummins, each gave a brief presentation at the ceremony.

The haulage company was established in 1933 and operates from a purpose-built site in South Luffenham.

It specialises in transport, warehousing, workshop and recovery, logistics and vehicle washing.
