Church service
There will be a service this Sunday, May 31 at 10.30am. This will be the main Holy Communion service for the Oakham team. All are invited to attend.
On Sunday June 7 there will be the usual 8am Holy Communion and the 6pm Evening Worship.
Advance notice
There will be a quiz in the village hall on Friday June 26. This will be in aid of Operation Wallacea, an expedition to Peru, looking at biodiversity in the rainforest.
Tony Barreau will be the quiz master, so start getting your teams together now! More details will follow later.
Malt Whisky circle
Another tasting night has been arranged for Monday July 20 at the Noel Arms. Nick has sourced some different whiskies, so be prepared for some surprises! If you want further details about how these evenings run, call Nick Holford on 01572 723532.
