A unique and exciting shopping experience is coming to Oakham this weekend, giving you the opportunity to buy quality products at affordable prices.
Rutland’s Independent Shopping Events, is a monthly shopping event that will feature local traders selling bespoke, homemade, handcrafted items, as well as items that are usually only available online or by ordering in advance.
The first shopping event will be taking place this Saturday from 12pm to 3pm at Church Hall in Church Street, Oakham.
There will be an array of products on offer at the event, including plants from Frondescence, arts and crafts from Felt Like Making It and With a Little Bit of Glitter, silver jewellery from Smallprint and textiles from Max, Ollie & Me, plus many more.
The Rutland Cake Company will also be at the event, with its own pop up cafe - selling some delicious treats, including homemade brownies.
Organiser, Michelle Pugh said: “This is a great opportunity for retailers to meet their customers and for customers to find some great new products - that they may not have known about before.
“This will be a friendly event, for the whole community to get involved in.”
