Oakham-based business, EducationCity, has recently had a fun-filled visit from pupils at local primary school, Brooke Hill Academy.
The children were taken on a tour of EducationCity to see how the fun activities they use at school are created.
During the visit, the group got involved in a number of enjoyable sessions.
The company’s education team put the pupils’ rounding up skills to the test with a maths activity.
As well as this, they created some competition as the pupils contended for the top spot on a mental arithmetic game called PlayLive Maths.
The group finished their visit with the art team and were tasked with drawing and designing their very own characters – the budding artists created some impressive designs and showed off some great drawing skills!
Richard Whalley, managing director of EducationCity, commented “Hosting the pupils from Brooke Hill Academy and showing them some of the many things we do here at EducationCity was great.
“It was a very insightful visit for both staff here and students.
“We’re glad the pupils and teachers had such a great time and we hope to see them again soon.”
