The gates to a garden were open to the public at the weekend as part of national scheme.
More than 220 visitors of all ages turned out at to see the gardens at The Old Hall in Market Overton on Sunday.
The garden was open as part of the National Gardens Scheme, which raises funds for a wide range of charities.
Sunday’s event included a tea and cake sale and more than £1,200 was raised.
Owners Tim and Stefa Hart were delighted with the turnout and success of the event.
Mr Hart said: “We’re always delighted to open for the scheme. Of course every garden is behind this year because of the bad weather but it was still very popular and it was nice to see people of all ages.”
