The magic of Harry Potter is still alive as dozens of youngsters proved during an event at Stamford Library.
The library in High Street hosted a book night on Thursday last week, with activities including writing with invisible ink, learning spells, making owls and wants and taking part in quizzes and wordsearches.
Site manager Lea Rickard said it was a “magical event” with 50 children and 37 adults attending. She said: “The Harry Potter books are still very popular.”
And the fun continued at the library as on Saturday, it took part in an event aimed at getting 1,000 people through the doors in a day.
