The Year 4, 5 and 6 pupils from St Mary and St John, North Luffenham, had a fun-filled evening in Birmingham this week, taking part in ‘Young Voices’.

In its 20th year, it is the largest school Choir Concert in the world with over 6,000 children.

The children have been practising their singing and dancing after school in anticipation of the big event.

This year the children had the opportunity to see a wide variety of musicians and artists perform, from street dance to beat box and also included the highlight of the evening, soprano Laura Wright.

Some children also had the chance to meet one of the Blue Peter presenters, Barney Harwood.
